I am not sure what SEC rules prohibit Brian from making a public announcement. It sounds like Brian was referring to disclosures regarding fundamental corporate issues (i.e. share restructuring for instance) rather than the run of the mill press releasable stuff like - "We are please to announce that FASC has entered into a contract to sell 50 KDS machines to .... or "We are please to announce that FASC has entered into a joint venture with ..." ...just pure speculation from an information starved, low pps, long suffering, impatient, albiet cautiously optimistic FASC shareholder.
