Adam 2: Perhaps you are missing my point.

We all thought the 1.5 mil shrs were going to the mgnt of GEIV. Turns out they are only getting 50,000 shrs, or 1/2% of the NEW outstanding total. Since we (any all other NWAU.PK holders) will be the new GEIV holders, I'm begging the question.
