FWIW, I asked Berger (at a recent conference in NYC) about the Endo trial and his response was along the lines that Mrk only likes to go after big fish. Therefore, I am assuming that Mrk will not pursue Rida in Endo due to the fact that they believe it will not be a big commercial success.
