I'm not sure. The transfer agent (Continental Stock Transfer and Trust Company) just told me I needed to contact the company for answers.

Hopefully Black is working on something behind the scenes...this is pure speculation but maybe Black is trying to get a proper accounting of all the shares since there seems to be manipulation and possible naked shorting of this stock.
