Same CUSIP
Same company name
Same everything

Just different fiscal year end.

Many companies have changed their fiscal year without going through a R/M or buyout.

SNRY already changed their fiscal year once before in the same year, is there an SEC rule which forbids them from doing so again?

So sorry that I am not getting it. I really want to.
