money taliks and everything else walks, williams is the money here, that answer, kyle and cristians, is boiler plate garbage if i've ever seen it

there are two ways of winning a case

1.) winning because you fooled the judge
2.) winning on the merits

the later option ALWAYS PREVAILS against the 1st unless counsel is either inadequate or underfunded, williams is neither but turinni and kyle are underfunded which further reduces the chance that they will fool the judge, adding this to the fact that williams is a brightline ruling on the merrits and this is a done deal.

drago is the only wild card left in calypso's future and unfortuantely turinni and kyle have an advantage there, but that too is a disadvantage in delaware since they really don't have any business keeping this from either williams or walsh

soon the tables will be turned and calypso will be suing
