Not trying to debate with you, but trying to understand. Please bear with me.

The 8-K you are referring to was signed NOV 22. The effective date of the R/S and the Fiscal Year was changed from DEC 9 to JAN 31.

But nowhere does the 8-K contain any other information of a material event.
