There IS an ongoing SEC investigation into Wilf Blum's illegal sales of stock via his alexander Lindale. The case is NOT resolved and closed.

nebula2012: There is no SEC investigation...There was a complaint filed back in June 2011. It has since been resolved and closed. And that is a known fact which has been reported.

That SEC investigation is ONGOING until the SEC.gov website publicly states otherwise. There will be wording in the release "entering final judgment". There will more than likely be fines and penalties of ill gotten gains, along with officer and director bars.

I've seen that same statement about the complaint against wilf blum being settled on several prior occasions. It was incorrect then, its incorrect now.
