Actually, I am with you on this one, HP. That's why I am joking around, it reduces the stress some.

Any potential R/M provides an opportunity to be a bag-holder.

But...
The following has been validated:

1. Wellfleet Partners (run by Mark Lev) has been contracted by the company to find either financing or a buyer.
2. Mark Lev has a great history of making tremendous business decisions.
3. We have had email confirmation that he owns "a gazillion shares" (his own words) and wants a deal done.
4. We have had further and continual email contacts stating that he is still working on this project.
5. Recent filings to the SEC have openly declared that a deal is close to being closed.

So, all we can do is wait.

I don't know when it will be completed.
I don't know what the deal will be.
I don't know with whom the deal will be.
I don't know what is holding the deal back from being finished.
I don't know that a deal HAS NOT already been done.

All we can do at this point is wait, sell or buy more.
I choose to wait and I plan to buy more when I see a filing.
