Please allow me to explain how OTC markets made this terrible mistake....it clearly states with the notification of a late filing that PHAR has an additional 15 calendar days to file their yearly report. It has only been 6 days....obviously OTC made an error and mistook this report as a quarterly that only grants 5 additional calendar days to file.
I'm sure this ERROR will be corrected!!
