Cat, that is what many think, but if Jeff ever updates the SOS & OTC info, I think you will see 442.5 and Owens 7.5.

If you look at either Mike K. is not listed anywhere. Not to mention Mike K. has filed a 13G as a 5%+ holder. The real majority owner wants Jeff to update the info, so it can file its 13G.
