One thing I've found in trying to bring new investors into AAVG is that fact that once they look at share structure they seem to back off in fear of an RS. I try to get them to look at the whole picture and the assurances of no RS, but some people look at things with blinders on. Also, I think most of us have been caught up in an RS in other stocks, they are not fun, nor profitable. I lost 70% investment on the last unannouced RS that I went through, so to the newcomer, I understand the concern.

People don't understand the quality and honesty AAVG has shown in the past, there is no reason to believe they would not keep their word. With that said, this is pennyland and we all know there is always the unknown. People get very used to the typical penny, where the CEO/company tries to bleed everything possible from investors. Just look at the history of some CEO's.

NOT THE CASE WITH AAVG, GREAT COMPANY, GREAT FUTURE, GREAT CEO

GO AAVG...
