Don't you have a pay like a 18 to 1 premium to short pennies. I looked into it several times and it's just too darn expensive to short a penny.....I guess different brokers have slightly different prices.... but MM's have the funds to short these pinkies at an alarming rate and take control ; going up or coming down.....
