Too funny...

My same reaction to resolves post... was to note the "dog ate my homework" defense applied in terms of the former officers feigned inability to produce relevant meeting minutes...

They'd make school children blush, though, by arguing that their own feigned inability to produce the product, means that the assignment never existed...
