Dan I see it like this. PG bought the global rights to the product. Now they need a vehicle to take this thing global. All we know right now is that we are partnered with 1 retail outlet Cellairis. They will do well but are hardly the global entity the company needs to get the job done.

Lets wait and see what develops. Worst case you make a nice profit and decide if you wanna let any ride and see what they are holding. The moto app on the Android market is very telling IMHO because Motorola is exactly the vehicle needed needed to take this PhoneGuard global.
