And then Turrini allowed williams to file the 8k concerning the committees and never retracted them. Tacit approval in my book, as well as the emails Turrini sent indicating no problem. With the three members being williams, walsh and pierce, slam dunk. Game over. Turrini and pierce are fired as officers.
