I believe what was stated was that there were not any filings for a new registration for sale of securities. PHAR has the capability to raise money selling preferred shares, which are already registered.

That is different situation than simply 'not raising money.'

But, could I ask you nicely, if that was true that PHAR was not raising any money, why would it be 'good' to know?
