His ownership is written into the co. charter. he passed it when the second reverse split took place after he screwed up the Valens loan.He really doesnt have to doa reverse split. adding 18 billion shares by his vote did the exact same thing, Interested to see what happens to this co. looks like hes trying to get out before the sh&t hits the fan. He destroyed all shareholder equity while bragging that he was at a HIGHR LEVEL of investment.
