Homer please...why would they need to squash Dean technology if its truly revolutionary and protected by patents? They are not crazy. Any large OEM would embrace it and make Dean a very rich offer...provided they perceive value. Now if they think it might cause a drop in C or O arm sales and they don;t want to purchase Dean out then I'm sure they will do what all business do. Compete!

Besides all of this....DEAN gets sued way to much. This latest round is a perfect example. The company is so burdened with debt from previous judgments and operates at such a high relative overhead...its insane to get sued by the trade show booth company! Farkas and Dean are the only ones with a guaranteed paycheck here. Look at the balance sheet. Shareholders have financed the company to the tune of 20M.
