Just got off the phone with the TA...

Malou told me that not all of the shares have been sent out yet...

When I asked why:

"uhhh, uhhhh, uhmmmmmmmm...uhmmmmmmmmm...it's just how we process them"

For someone who's job is to do just this...she seems so unsure about herself...every question I asked she was going "uhhmmmmmmmmmmmm" and "uhhhhhhhhh" as if she had to really think about her answer...why?

She said if I had any questions I should contact the company...I asked her how I should do that if there is no way to communicate with them...she said I should send her an email and she'll attempt to contact the company...

I have lots of doubt about everything at this point...so yes, Tony, I'm being negative and miserable because you've allowed me to be...
