Yes. But seems like everyone wants it to file. Now, file or no file, I will still retain a good number of shares, but everything points to them filing. Potential bidders of the patent portfolio would balk with this heightened negativity with hope of getting it cheaper. The company may feel the need to file and use that protection to sell it higher like Nortel did. Shareholders at this level would probably be ok but filing appears to be a likely outcome
