You are very correct in a lot of your statement, however, you have one major flaw. The news is not speculation, we have had numerous emails from the company about news coming early January. If theres speculation there, its directly from the company.

Other news is definitely NOT speculation tho. The name change has already been filed in the state of Florida where they DO have a contract with vergona bowersox. No speculation there at all.
