Not everyone here agrees with you, I for one have started the process to go after Gerald Parkin. I am not sure I will get anything, but I am trying. I do know he is the one I have the best chane to recover anything from, I garuntee he will spend more money defending himself than what I lost. I know, I know, he is a Lawyer...but he never defends himself, never has anyways, and even if he does, his time is money. I can show he forged documents to get AURC listed on the pinks, Canada alows for me to sue him to recover losses due to his actions. Since he is/was a member of the Canadian Bar and did this very thing for a living for years, to say it was a simple mistake/oversight isn't going to fly in a Canadain Court (or so I hope).

We shall see!
