Actually this is not bad and not quite current or new news.
Its been this way all year and back in April enable partners converted their first portion of preferred (these were from the loan to pay off the debt). This brought it to just above 92mil. Then they converted the rest ( I think) a few months ago so I think its around 100mil.

But you may want to do a little DD on enable partners and you will see their interest in supporting the PPS, they know something.

Also on a side note the short position increased a few weeks ago but in the last week there has been quite a bit of covering, this is also a good sign, something is brewing before the RS.
