It wasn't Tony's plan to use PTEL as the vehicle to forward split ENTI, freeze accounts and pump, div, etc

Every part of this scheme was carefully planned.

Tony tends to use a poor choice of words on Pod casts when he says mistakes were made, the term he should use was fraud was committed IMO
