That sounds good to me. A Big Pharma company could acquire a minority interest in PHAR via D-Shares to fund startup. That would speed up time-to-market versus their R&D department. Then a quick buy out once Aquaprin begins to take off in the market. If it flops, then the write off is smaller than developing a similar product in-house. Even if the initial market introduction does not take off like a rocket, to a Big Pharma firm, control of the intellectual property may still be worth a buy-out.
