Not possible. Perhaps approval of manuals, but not cert.

Cert. cannot occur until:

1. Approval of manuals

2. Hiring and training of initial flight crews

3. Emergency evacuation tests with the aircraft and crews.

4. Proving flights - at least 4 round trips - between JFK and LED.

5. "Tabletop Exercise" - FAA simulation of emergency scenarios with operational staff. Plus, a few other details.

We're probably looking at spring '12 to see cert. Then 30 days later (DOT rules), first revenue flight can occur.
