The company cannot issue public material information

until the FS is completely done. I have received my new certs as many posting here have also. That does not mean all shareholders have the new certs and have equal opportunity to trade. This certainly may take some time. Trading is now temporarily suspended with no quote available at my brokerage.

The website is a way the company can provide updates but SEC reports are required. Wait and watch.
