That you disagree with what the law requires... does not mean that the company can just ignore what the law requires...
Shareholders that encourage management to violate the law, are clearly a part of the problem here. But, more, the shareholders who've been the driving force behind enabling a fraudulent election, and who have been conspiring with the officers to commit other frauds... ARE the problem. They are a clear MINORITY however, and if they weren't breaking the law to usurp control... they wouldn't be a problem.
