The new TA told me that they didn't receive the documents from the company to process any dividends.
We read in an earlier post that files from the old TA are password protected (as they should!). However, the password wasn't supplied with the documents by the old TA.
Would this apply to the dividends documents? Did the new TA mean they have the documents but can't access them for the dividends? I think a call to the new TA could give the correct answer.
This could clear Roxanna from some opposition and I would be very happy to accept it.
Now what is the next step? How long could it take to get the documents cleared? Shall eMax start all over from scratch with the new TA? Would the court force the old TA to release the passwords for the files? Which option could be the quickest?
This TA really has done some serious damages to this company and the shareholders. If eMax is a victim, so are we.
Whoever reported this password issue from the new TA, was it mentioned that it also involved the dividends paperwork?
