Suggestions for a meeting with H.H.and S.P.

Before I could meet with them I had to provide information
or verification that I was a current shareholder.
I had Scottrade provide me with a letter stating my number of shares and time I had held them.
I would suggest you contact them at least one day in advance and then confirm they have your information before trying to get thru security.
And if you are so lucky ,may I suggest you make a list of questions you would like to have answered along with documents you would like to review as well.
