Maybe no one comments because your "synposis" is so patently wrong. Just take the issue of shares outstanding. You say there will be over 15 million. We know from the PR that that is patently untrue.


"Global-E will have 1,550,000 shares outstanding at closing; all other existing shares will be canceled of Global-E and will issue 8,157,661 new shares of its common stock to acquire all of the assets of NowAuto, Inc. The 8,157,661 shares will be distributed, after registration, to the NowAuto, Inc. shareholders."

It looks pretty clear to me that they are saying there is 1.55 million shares outstanding abd then they issue 8.16 million additional shares to the existing shareholders (1 share for each three shares held).

From my count that puts the shares at 9.71 million shares outstanding when the dust settles. I have no idea if there are also warrants going to be out there as well but 9.71 is a long way from your 15 million shares.
