Only the cash at hand pays the debt. Or, Only the patents alone pay the debt. So, either way, you are looking at a company that has about $1.5b in cash now, and owns patents worth over $2b, plus a business trading at $120 mln mkt cap. A company that is worth over $2bl excluding debt. MONEY WOULD BE MADE HERE IMHO
