To add to your list, why would they announce ER for Jan 26th and one hour later leak to WSJ that it was preparing for bankruptcy??? The article is just what it is...EDUCATED GUESS. EK is trying to restructure its finances...we agree. TYPICAL, if such efforts fail, the result is bankruptcy. Common knowledge you would say. However, someone managed to get WSJ to write a jargon on it for sensational effect. The RESULT is that most shorts covered on the fraud!!!
