Well, from one that bought high last year and waited I would say this is usually the best time to enter a stock like this, but it is still high risk so only invest what you can afford to lose. After all it is a CE penny stock still on the pinks. Hoping the CE is soon removed and we uplist. We still are looking for some financials to be posted as we are behind. Good news is they are making progress and we have have two bright spots in SL and Ghana. While we still have a long way to go if you have 12-24 months or longer as a time horizon you should do well.
