The old patents did not receive a favorable stability review from the FDA.

Mr. Phykitt has claimed that the stability problem has been corrected over the years - hence the need for new patents, which are pending.

And I highly doubt that the viability of Aquaprin is in doubt, otherwise, why would he have spent the $$ to get Aquaprin branded a trademark?
