Any past patents had Howard's name listed as the inventor and Health Corporation (a private company he had started in the past) as the Assignee Name.

Since the current patents are in the 'pending' stage, they are private an no one is permitted to view them until approved or rejected. That could take another year or more.

So, I don't know if the Assignee Name is for PharmStar Pharmaceuticals Inc. or just for Pharmstar Inc. (which PharmStar Pharmaceuticals - the public company - owns as a subsidiary).
