I saw something like this on the news recently, I'm trying to find the broadcast now online. They were saying how these would be legal to use as an alternative to the raw weed because a measurable amount of the active drug can be administered. Thats what stands in the way of fda approval of MJ because potency and dosage is hard to quantify. They said this technology could be used to deliver other drugs too, more efficiently. Interested to see how it pans out.
