AMRN—The drop, yesterday and today, was clearly tied to the offering that was announced this morning and likely a short-term pull-back.

I respectfully disagree insofar as the offering is for convertible debt that can be settled in either cash or shares at the company’s discretion.

I think the stock has tanked again because yesterday’s Shareholder Letter contained more than a modicum of doubletalk.
