Usually a larger company only buys a R&D company when they have a proven product.

We're not there yet, but could be close this year.

We will see if 2012 is the year that KBLB moves from an 'developmental stage' company to a 'production stage' company. Many companies cannot make that step; but with the incredibly large fabric business - it is more feasible for KBLB than many other companies.
