The Company received advances from its two officers and a shareholder [Their hooker wife, maybe?] in the ordinary course of business at a rate of 4.5% interest which is the federal long term interest rate. As of September 30, 2011 and 2010 advances payable to the Company’s two officers and this shareholder were $54,204 and $35,700, respectively. As of September 30, 2011 and 2010 the accrued compensation liability to the officers was $ 736,929 and $316,929, respectively.

an increase in payroll taxes of approximately $93,000.. OK wait a minute,, payroll taxes of 93 THOUSAND?? FOR W-H-A-T? Who's "payroll taxes" is this??

So, his employer, your corp EBIG, [himself but actually he's separated from self employment through a corp],, pays the balance of $10k.. which pays by share dumps so, paid by you the shareholder,, isn't that special??

So,, they are claiming "payroll taxes" of 93 THOUSAND (remember it's gonna be EVEN HIGHER cause this is ONLY the 3rd quarter report!!

that's a multiple of your CEO's income of 240k by 9.3.. whereas according to their "Pay roll taxes",, the company's estimated payroll is: $2,232,000.. for the slow learners, that's a estimated yet hidden inside the files almost TWO MILLION DOLLAR PAY ROLL!!

WHAT?? You could add a few extra possible expenses but in a nut shell,, in simple summery, 2 MILLION IN 9 months worth of PAYROLL TO WHOOO!!???

This thing is E{extra} BIG for the home boys in China!!
