Also key point here for everyone to mull over. Why would the company turn down $50M in financing? The answer was they did not need the financing because they already had financing in place and they already have revenues coming in. I think when they put out the last quarter revenues we will all be surprised.
There are just too many things changing for this company.
1) New name
2) New Symbol - (Note this will not cause a short cover IMHO, the news coming out will cause the shorts to cover IMHO)
3) New Acquisitions 2 or more, I am hearing more
4) New Contracts at the State Government Level - (This usually leads to more contracts)
5) New Contracts with other states just on the horizon
6) Contracts with Commercial Businesses I think will also be coming out
7) The previous revenue for the already acquired companies
8) The last quarter revenues for sales of retail homeowners
9) The revenue for the Florida Schools Contracts
10) Add in the revenues of the already existing companies that are about to be finalized and acquired.
This is not even a complete list. Do not forget they plan to move to a higher exchange in the future.
There are even other revenue streams we do not even know about and other contracts that I would not be surprised to hear about from the company in the near future with all of the news updates we are hearing about.
I completely agree with GM_Tech and Truthhub that this will go into the pennies but I feel it will possibly even exceed their estimates. They tried to tell people for the last few weeks when the stock price was at .0012 and people did not listen. Now the stock is at almost 3 times that level. It is only going to go up from here. Waiting for news will just put you further behind on potential profits. But do what you feel is best for you! GLTA
