Boy, you don't know how much I dread hearing that. I just hate the idea that someone is doing something with their money based on me.

One thing is for sure, if we go down with the ship, we ALL go down. I've got a lot riding on this company, too.

I've made good market decisions before and bad market decisions - still think this one is a good one.

I had a thought last night, almost hate to bring it up - but I will.

What if the R/S is part of the purchase agreement? I mean, not announcing the new company until the R/S is in effect?

This would fit in with a 'popular' company emerging onto the market with a 'desirable' pps.

I doubt it, myself, but I always like to keep a range of possibilities open at all times. I just want to know all my options.

My real supposition is that the R/S is made for the new company's benefit - without them having to bear the responsibility for making that decision.

I know of too many other examples where the R/S came AFTER the R/M announcement.

Still, it's something to be aware of.
