with as quick as they have been to just announce a potential deal I would assume announcing the closing of a deal would be done very quickly.....unless they are waiting to do a stock buyback after receiving money with this deal and others in mind- that would be the best case scenario but less likely imo.

with the stock trading at .0002 only - if big deals were closed or about to close word would get out and buying would be taking place and the valuation of .0002 says it all to me.
