I do understand your point but the PR never gave an indication that they have processed anything yet but rather pointed out that they are now considering a change before they even begin.

So as to your analagy it would be better as:

Like saying you planted corn but then 6 months later say you decided against it and are now considering the idea of planting soybean since its worth more.

No that is not positive. What happened over the last 6 months since announcing the processing equipment.

Were is that equipment? Are they planning on shipping the 40 ton containers to Germany?

For me its a negative to see consistent changes in the business while still generating no revenue or profit.

You are right that its is my short term plan that makes this a negative. Long term it could be good but that all comes down to funding. Profit margins will be impacted by having a third party do the processing and on top of that were is the initial processing equipment. What have they done since June? The PR leaves more questions than it gives updates.
