I'm sure "marketing expenses" includes promoting the stock and all the free shares used to do so. Not surprising it's the highest its ever been. Obviously the Carebot nor the wheelchair are being marketed yet, so there's not much else it could be.
Looks like it's failing badly, but at least the promoters get paid either way and are smart enough to get shares in advance. It's a shame they can't seem to find any buyers for them.
