Years ago I hit it lucky on a couple stocks that were 6 feet under that arose from the dead because they were used as clean shells.I guess there is a big difference between a messy shell with financial trouble like USCI may be in as compared to an in the black clean shell that is desirable.

Holding onto USCI stock is like holding on to a horse racing ticket where your horse finished 4th but the enquiry sign is up and you are hoping the win,place and show finishers all get DQ'd.It's a longshot but stranger things have happened.
