Well, that may answer any delays questions on actual production. I feel this could be looked at in two ways depending on your leanings. Some will say this is great news and others just fluff to give them more time playing the game. I am taking a neutral stance and while I welcome the good news and plan to stay in and not trade off this news will hope that this is all for real and that production will be set up quickly while they continue to dredge more product so things do not sit still until a processing plant (which I thought was already up) gets going. Good news and I hope the first of many positive PR's.
