If Tony is as devious as you make him sound then why doesn't he also have thousands of other company's so he could make thousands of times more money?

Because it does not work like that. 3 in 2ish years is as many as the most prolific penny stock miscreant out there. It would be very hard to find a person with more diluted and destroyed shells in such a short time.
