Don't read much into the office locations. Now, don't shoot the messenger - I'm just sharing information that I personally verified.

I stopped by the 2330 Marinship address last summer when I was in Sausalito. Suite 300 is a shared office suite in an office building. I spoke to the receptionist (common to several businesses renting space there). She informed me that Ed only came in from Stinson Beach a couple of times a week (when he had meetings)- other than that there was no staff in the office. This 'office' was clearly a move to keep investors happy by looking like the company want taking serious steps of growth at a time when not much was happening and tangible events were several months away. It was inexpensive and served its purpose.

Maybe the new location is really Medizone's own office, now that things are ready to move forward. I'll be in the SF bay area again in a couple of weeks and may go up to Sausalito and check it out. If I do, I'll report back here.
